Product Description:

Die head is lauer type spiral mandrel and non-stop continuous 360°rotation. The screen net-changer can be installed, this kind design is rational convenience, reliable, safe in operation. Various functional parts may be installed to the lies, such as length meter counter device, vertical cutting device, slitting knife device, water-cooling of feeding stone, film spreading roller, scrap collecting device.
Use:
The machine is dual-purpose for blowing the HDPE, LPDE and LLDPE. The lines can be blown continuous in different sizes(2500/3000/4000/5000/6000mm) in fold width 0.08mm in the thickness packaging films, from LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, MLLPE, raw material, it adopts horizontal extrusion up blowing. The film has good in lamination, for instance holding temperature, anti-humid, anti-breeze, anti-rain, anti-frost, insulation oxygen, oil resistive, and so used for light and heavy-duty packaging, for example fresh fruits, meat-feeding, salt vegetables, fresh milk, drink packaging, etc.
